• You may use the services only for lawful business operations and internal administrative workflows.
• You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service integrity, interfere with other users, or upload harmful code.
• You must not misuse the platform for fraud, abusive activity, or any prohibited purpose under applicable law.

The platform, software, content, and related materials are owned by Future Engine Technology Co., Limited or its licensors, except for content that you submit. No rights are granted except as expressly provided under these terms.

5. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve performance, security, or compliance. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Future Engine Technology Co., Limited from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law and Regional Applicability

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, and the courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you. Where mandatory local laws grant additional rights, those rights apply and prevail over any conflicting term to the extent required by law.
