Anti-Spam Policy
This policy explains how we comply with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and related requirements for commercial electronic messages.
1. Scope
This policy applies to commercial electronic messages sent by or on behalf of LEDIX.AI, including email, SMS, and similar digital messages that promote or support our services.
2. Consent Requirements
We only send commercial electronic messages with appropriate consent, such as express consent or implied consent where permitted by law. Consent must be affirmative and informed.
We do not use pre-checked consent boxes or other default opt-in mechanisms. Users must take a clear, affirmative action to provide consent.
3. Identification
Our messages identify the sender and include contact information, including a valid email address or other method to reach us.
4. Unsubscribe Mechanism
Every commercial electronic message includes a clear, functioning unsubscribe mechanism. We process unsubscribe requests promptly and no later than 10 business days after receipt.
